Due to the personal and hygenic nature of our products, Chunky Butt Soapery does not accept returns on any product that has been opened and/or used.

Chunky Butt Soapery makes every effort to ensure your product arrives in a usable condition however, we cannot be held responsible for damages due to shipping circumstances. If product arrives in an unusable state please email us immediately to discuss options.

No refund will be issued for any Chunky Butt Soapery product that has an adverse reaction. A full list of ingredients is supplied with each product and due diligence is required when purchasing any of our product. If you are, or believe you may, have an adverse reaction to any of the ingredients, DO NOT use this product. (Please refer to disclaimer below).
